- Wall coverings (paint colours, wallpaper etc)
- Floor coverings
- Doors
- Kitchen units and appliances
- Windows
- Bathroom suites
- Furniture (if part or fully furnished)
- Gardens
- Outbuildings (garages, sheds and other outbuildings)
- All furnished items
